We stand behind the quality of our flowers and designs. If you're not completely satisfied with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
Important: To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers and provide photographic evidence of any quality issues.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For replacements, we will arrange for a new delivery at no additional cost.
Orders may be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 25% restocking fee.
For weddings and large events, different cancellation policies apply. Please refer to your contract or contact our event coordinator for details.
